We live in an incredible universe. Humans make it even more interesting by introducing chaos and calamity. The aim of this site is to communicate some of the lesser known oddities of history, folklore, science, and human existence. The idea is to give a brief and sweary overview to explain why I find the topic interesting. The idea is to get away from a dry and overly academic approach whilst maintaining accuracy and allowing you, the reader, to decide if you want to learn more.
